Take Two is an immersive deep-listening night consisting of two elements: an uninterrupted, high-quality playback of a seminal jazz album, followed by a live, modern-day reinterpretation by New York City’s finest musicians.

Our twelfth edition will feature the Israeli trumpeter Avishai Cohen and his Cross My Palm with Silver album released in 2017 on the iconic ECM.

To perform the reinterpretation, the multi-instrumentalist and interdisciplinary Sasha Berliner will lead a world-class quartet:

Take Two will be held in a private loft in Bushwick featuring vintage Klipsch loudspeakers and comfortable seating arrangements.
